1. Have you ever sent handmade gifts to others?
- I used to have an interest in baking, so when there were birthdays among my friends, I would bake cakes or make pastries as gifts. However, I had to stop as my schedule became quite busy.
- I was into art before, I usually do some greeting cards and give them to some of my dates as my budget is limited so I just tend to make artwork like simple puzzles, woodwork artwork, or bottle art. However, I had to stop as my schedule became quite busy.
2. Have you ever received a great gift?
- Yes, my parents gave me a beautiful necklace when I turned 18. It holds sentimental value, and I keep it in my room to ensure I don’t lose it. Also, on my birthday last year, my friend gave me a concert ticket to my favorite singer << INSERT NAME SINGER >>. It was rare to get this ticket, and I was so excited.
- When I got accepted into this university, my parents bought me a watch to symbolize the start of my college journey. It was a bit pricey, and I value it because it reminds me of the hard work I put in to get into this college. I don’t wear it; instead, I keep it on my desk as a memento.
3. What do you consider when choosing a gift?
- When selecting a gift, I first think about its practicality, the recipient’s preferences, the price, and how they might react to it. In addition, I consider the time frame, if I have to wait for something long or how urgent to give this gift.
- First and foremost, consider the budget you plan to spend, the individual’s performance preferences, and lastly, the nature of your relationship—whether you are close friends or merely acquaintances.
4. Do you think you are good at choosing gifts?
- Yes, I believe I’m fairly adept at choosing gifts. I’ve been asked for gift suggestions in the past and have received positive feedback, which gives me confidence in my gift selection skills.
- Well, I am quite confident in my abilities because some people frequently seek my advice when it comes to gift-giving. Furthermore, those to whom I’ve sent gifts in the past have consistently expressed how much they appreciate my thoughtful presents.
