Leave of Absence – April 15, 16, 20 and 21

Dear Clients, Partners, and Students,

I am writing to inform you of my upcoming leave on Monday and Tuesday, April 15th and 16th, as well as April 20th and 21st. This decision is necessitated by prior commitments that demand my attention, particularly due to travel obligations across different regions of the country.

During the period of my absence, I anticipate challenges in maintaining full concentration on assigned tasks. However, rest assured that I am dedicated to mitigating any disruptions by proactively managing my workload beforehand and making necessary arrangements to address any outstanding matters upon my return.

Your understanding and unwavering support during this time are deeply appreciated. Should any urgent issues arise that require immediate attention, I encourage you to reach out to me prior to my leave, and I will do my best to assist or provide guidance remotely.

I want to express my gratitude for the cooperation and collaboration we have shared thus far. It is through our collective efforts that we have achieved success and progress, and I look forward to continuing our fruitful partnership upon my return.

Thank you once again for your understanding, and please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience my absence may cause. Your patience and flexibility are invaluable, and I am committed to ensuring a seamless transition during my leave.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Your communication is essential in maintaining our shared goals and objectives.

Warm regards,

Ian Tanpiuco
