What subjects are you studying?

I’m not currently studying in a traditional setting since I’m an entrepreneur, but I do invest a lot of time learning about business, marketing, and real estate. These areas are crucial to my work and future growth. Entrepreneurship is all about continuous learning, especially in areas like innovation, leadership, and financial management. Although I don’t sit in a classroom, I’m constantly studying through books, podcasts, and online courses. I stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in my field, which is key to remaining competitive and successful.

Do you like your subject?

Yes, I absolutely love what I do. Marketing and entrepreneurship are subjects that really excite me. They’re dynamic, constantly changing, and offer endless opportunities for growth. I love that they allow me to think creatively while also being practical. As an entrepreneur, my subject isn’t just academic—it’s about real-world application. I get to see the results of my decisions in real-time, and that’s incredibly fulfilling. I believe that if you’re passionate about your field, the learning process becomes much more enjoyable. Every challenge is a chance to learn and grow.

Why did you choose to study that subject?

I chose to focus on business and marketing because I’ve always been fascinated by how businesses work and how they can grow. I’ve always been entrepreneurial by nature, so I knew from an early age that I wanted to build something of my own. Marketing, in particular, stood out to me because it’s at the heart of all business strategies. It’s about connecting with people and solving their problems. The combination of business management and marketing is a powerful tool, and it gave me the foundation to build my own company and drive it forward.

Do you think that your subject is popular in your country?

Yes, absolutely. Business and marketing are two of the most popular fields in my country, especially given the growing number of entrepreneurs and startups. There’s always a demand for people who understand how to build and scale businesses, and marketing is essential to almost every industry. I see more people pursuing degrees and certifications in these areas because they offer a clear path to success. In today’s world, where every business needs a solid online presence, marketing skills are in high demand. This is especially true with the rise of digital platforms and social media.

Do you have any plans for your studies in the next five years?

While I’m not currently in a formal study program, I do have plans to continue learning. In the next five years, I plan to dive deeper into areas like real estate investing and advanced business strategies. I’m always looking for new ways to improve my skills and knowledge, especially as I grow my business. Continuing education is crucial to staying ahead in the ever-changing world of entrepreneurship. I also plan to invest in mentorship and coaching, which are great ways to learn from those who have already succeeded in areas I want to excel in.

Is it very interesting?

Yes, I find it incredibly interesting. Business, marketing, and entrepreneurship are fascinating because they combine creativity with problem-solving and strategy. Every day is different, and there are always new challenges to overcome. The ability to innovate, grow businesses, and adapt to changing markets keeps things exciting. Additionally, I’m passionate about real estate and the idea of creating long-term financial freedom, so I always find ways to learn more about how these industries work. The more you learn, the more you realize there’s always something new to discover, which keeps me constantly engaged and motivated.

What are the benefits of being your age?

Being in my thirties has been a great benefit for me, especially in my career. I’ve gained enough experience to know what works and what doesn’t, but I’m still young enough to be flexible and take risks. I feel like I’ve learned the right balance of confidence and humility, which allows me to take on big challenges while also staying grounded. I’ve been able to build solid relationships and networks over the years, which are invaluable for business. And most importantly, I still have plenty of time to grow, innovate, and achieve even bigger things.

Do you want to change your major?

No, I don’t want to change my focus. Business and marketing are exactly where I want to be, and I believe these fields will continue to evolve and provide opportunities for growth. Entrepreneurship is all about adapting to changes and seizing new opportunities, so I’m committed to continuously improving my knowledge in this area. Changing my major at this stage wouldn’t make sense for me, especially since I’m already running a business. My focus is on applying what I’ve learned to build something impactful and sustainable, and I’m always looking for ways to push the envelope further.

Do you prefer to study in the mornings or in the afternoons?

I’m definitely a morning person. I like to wake up early, usually around 4 a.m., and get my most important work done before the world wakes up. It’s my most productive time. In the mornings, I feel focused, energized, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes my way. I use that time to read, learn new business strategies, or brainstorm new ideas. The afternoons are usually reserved for meetings or work with my team. Morning study sessions give me a quiet, uninterrupted block of time to make real progress, which is key for me.

How much time do you spend on your studies each week?

Although I’m not currently in a formal academic setting, I still dedicate a significant amount of time each week to studying and learning. On average, I spend about 10-12 hours a week reading, listening to podcasts, or taking online courses. This time is essential for staying up to date with the latest trends in marketing, business, and real estate. I also use this time to explore new ideas and strategies that can help me grow my business. I think it’s important to stay sharp and continuously improve, especially when you’re running your own business.

Are you looking forward to working?

Yes, I’m definitely looking forward to working. In fact, I’m already working! Being an entrepreneur means that work never really stops, but that’s what I love about it. Every day is an opportunity to create something new and push my business to the next level. I thrive on the challenges and the constant learning that comes with entrepreneurship. I’m excited about growing my company, expanding into new markets, and building a team of talented individuals who share my vision. It’s not just about making money—it’s about creating something that makes a real impact.

What technology do you use when you study?

When I study, I rely heavily on digital tools. I use a combination of online courses, eBooks, and podcasts to learn on the go. For more in-depth study, I use tools like Google Drive and Evernote to organize my notes and thoughts. I also use social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to follow industry leaders and keep up with business trends. Technology allows me to access the latest information instantly, and I appreciate how easy it is to learn from experts worldwide. In today’s world, staying connected to technology is essential for staying ahead.

What changes would you like to see in your school?

Since I’m not currently in school, I don’t have direct suggestions for changes, but if I were to go back to school, I’d want to see more practical, real-world applications of what students are learning. Business schools, for example, could benefit from more focus on entrepreneurship, marketing strategies, and technology-driven business models. The traditional classroom setting often doesn’t prepare students for the fast-paced and ever-changing business world. More hands-on learning, internships, and mentorship opportunities would be incredibly valuable for students looking to enter the workforce with real-world skills.

What work do you do?

I am an entrepreneur, primarily focused on real estate investing and building businesses. I also work in marketing, helping companies grow by crafting effective strategies that connect with their target audience. My work involves a lot of decision-making, planning, and strategy. I spend a lot of time networking, meeting with investors, and identifying opportunities for growth. Running my own business gives me the flexibility to pursue my passions while also providing the challenge of managing all aspects of the business. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.

Why did you choose to do that type of work (or that job)?

I chose to pursue entrepreneurship because it allows me the freedom to build something from the ground up. I’ve always been drawn to the idea of creating businesses that solve real problems, and I love the idea of financial freedom. Real estate investing, in particular, intrigued me because of its potential for long-term growth. I also wanted to have control over my work-life balance. By becoming an entrepreneur, I can direct my energy into projects that excite me and align with my values, and that’s something you don’t always get with traditional jobs.

Do you like your job?

Yes, I absolutely love my job! Being an entrepreneur is challenging but incredibly fulfilling. I enjoy the autonomy it provides and the ability to create something impactful. Running a business gives me the chance to work on things I’m passionate about, like real estate, marketing, and helping others achieve financial freedom. There’s never a dull moment, and I’m constantly learning and adapting. What’s even better is the opportunity to make a positive impact—whether it’s through the companies I build or the people I work with. This is the work I was meant to do.

What requirements did you need to meet to get your current job?

To get to where I am today, there wasn’t a specific set of formal requirements. However, there were certain skills and qualities that were crucial for my success. First and foremost, a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take risks were essential. I also needed a solid understanding of marketing and business management, which I gained through self-education and hands-on experience. Networking played a huge role, too. Building relationships with investors, mentors, and industry professionals was key to opening doors and learning from others. It was a mix of hard work, persistence, and smart decision-making.

Do you have any plans for your work in the next five years?

Yes, I have a lot of plans for the next five years! I’m focused on expanding my real estate investments and scaling my businesses. I aim to diversify my portfolio by exploring new markets and industries. One of my goals is to build a team around me to delegate responsibilities and grow more efficiently. I also want to focus more on mentoring and helping aspiring entrepreneurs. Ultimately, I want to create a legacy by building businesses that continue to thrive long after I’m gone, while also helping others achieve financial freedom and success in their own careers.

What do you think is the most important at the moment?

Right now, I believe the most important thing is adapting to change. The business world is constantly evolving, and the ability to stay flexible and make informed decisions quickly is key. I’m focusing on staying ahead of trends in digital marketing, real estate, and technology. Being able to pivot when necessary, and recognizing opportunities even in uncertain times, is crucial for long-term success. Additionally, building strong relationships with partners, clients, and mentors is something I’m prioritizing, as those connections are the foundation of any successful business venture.

Do you want to change to another job?

No, I’m very happy with what I’m doing. Being an entrepreneur allows me to pursue my passions, take risks, and create something meaningful. I’m constantly challenged, but it’s the kind of work I love. There’s always room for growth in entrepreneurship, so I don’t feel the need to switch to a different job. Instead, I plan to expand my business ventures and explore new opportunities within the industries I’m already involved in. I’m excited about the future and the potential to grow both personally and professionally.

Do you miss being a student?

Not really. While I did enjoy certain aspects of being a student, I don’t miss it much. The freedom that comes with being an entrepreneur is what excites me now. The ability to manage my own time, make decisions, and see the direct results of my work is incredibly fulfilling. That said, I do miss the structured learning environment at times, especially when I think about all the knowledge I still want to acquire. But being an entrepreneur is a kind of learning in itself, and I’m constantly growing through my experiences.

What technology do you use at work?

At work, I use a variety of technologies. I rely heavily on project management tools like Trello and Asana to keep track of tasks and deadlines. For communication, we use Slack and Zoom, which help me stay in touch with my team and clients. I also use CRM systems like Salesforce to manage relationships with investors and partners. Social media platforms like LinkedIn are essential for networking and building my personal brand. Technology has made it so much easier to streamline my business processes, and I use it to improve efficiency, communication, and overall productivity.

Who helps you the most? And how?

The person who helps me the most is my mentor. They’ve been a guiding light in my entrepreneurial journey, offering invaluable advice and perspective. Their experience and insight have helped me avoid many mistakes, and I rely on them for strategic guidance. Additionally, my team plays a huge role in helping me achieve success. From my project managers to my financial advisors, everyone brings something unique to the table. They support me in different aspects of my business, helping me scale effectively and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Together, we’re building something great.
