Oh, yeah, I knew a few! There was always someone in school who was amazing at sports, like basketball, soccer, or track and field. Oh, I remember this one guy who was on the school basketball team—he could shoot hoops like a pro. And there was a girl who was an incredible runner; she always won the races at sports day. It was cool to see how dedicated they were to training and improving their skills.
Should schools encourage young students to take more physical exercise?
Oh, definitely! Schools should encourage physical exercise because it’s so important for kids’ health and development. Oh, it helps them stay active, build stronger bodies, and even improve their focus in class. Plus, it’s a great way to teach teamwork and sportsmanship, which are valuable life skills. Even something simple like daily PE classes or fun sports activities can make a big difference.
Do you think it is important for people to exercise?
Oh, absolutely! Exercise is important for staying healthy and feeling good overall. Oh, it’s not just about physical health; it’s great for mental health too. Even something as simple as a daily walk or a quick workout can help reduce stress and boost your energy. It’s really about finding an activity you enjoy, so it feels less like a chore and more like fun.
Do you know any people who are good at sports?
Oh, for sure! I know a friend who’s an amazing tennis player—he’s super quick on the court and always wins matches. Oh, and I have a cousin who’s really into swimming; she’s even competed in a few local competitions. It’s inspiring to see how much effort they put into their practice and how much they enjoy what they do.
Do you think students need more exercise?

Did you do some sports when you were young?
Oh, I did! I used to play soccer with my friends after school—it was so much fun. Oh, and I also tried swimming during summer vacations, which I really enjoyed. It wasn’t anything super serious, but it was a great way to stay active and have fun at the same time.
Where did you learn how to do it?
Oh, I learned most of it at school and in my neighborhood. Soccer was something I picked up just by playing with friends—we’d gather at the local park and just figure it out together. Oh, for swimming, I took a few lessons at a community pool during summer break. It was nice to have instructors to teach me the basics.
What sports do you like?
Oh, I really enjoy watching and playing soccer—it’s such an exciting sport! Oh, and I like swimming too; it’s relaxing but also a great workout. Sometimes, I enjoy playing badminton or even just going for a jog. Honestly, as long as it’s fun and keeps me moving, I’m all for it!
